Privacy Policy
Effective 1 September 2026
Pathfinder is built and operated by Mintrium Developments ("Pathfinder", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we handle when you use the Pathfinder website, account services, AI workspace and Roblox Studio plugin.
1. Information we collect
Account information. We handle your name, email address, profile image, verification state and account preferences. A connected sign-in provider may give us basic profile details, but not your provider password. Password accounts use a salted, one-way password hash; we do not store readable passwords.
Your work. We process prompts, conversations, projects, build instructions, Roblox Studio snapshots, selected script source and diagnostics that you deliberately send so Pathfinder can answer, plan, generate, inspect and repair work.
Usage and security data. We handle generation usage, plan and credit information, plugin connections, session state, IP address, browser or device details, approximate location and security events to operate the service, prevent abuse and notify you about important account activity.
2. How we use information
We use this information to provide and maintain Pathfinder, generate requested output, connect the website to Roblox Studio, maintain projects, deliver account email, enforce limits, investigate faults, protect users and meet legal obligations.
Prompts and relevant project context may be sent to an AI provider selected for the request. Do not place passwords, private keys, payment details or unnecessary sensitive personal information in a prompt or Studio snapshot.
3. Storage and retention
Current and archived chats are stored in your browser and remain there until you clear them, remove site data or delete them in Pathfinder. Server-side account and workspace records remain while needed to provide the account and are removed or de-identified when no longer required, subject to legal, fraud-prevention and security obligations.
Temporary Studio build delivery records generally expire after 24 hours. Studio snapshots generally expire after 7 days, and plugin connection sessions may remain for up to 90 days. Verification, recovery and other security tokens use shorter automatic expiry periods. Security and administrative audit records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary to protect the service.
4. Service providers and overseas processing
We use service providers for hosting, managed storage, authentication, AI processing, email and security. They may process information in Australia, the United States or another region in which they or their subcontractors operate, under their own security and privacy commitments.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it with advertisers. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect Pathfinder or its users, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate safeguards.
5. Cookies and browser storage
Pathfinder uses essential cookies for sign-in, security and private access. Browser storage remembers items such as theme, current and archived chats, pending referral information and a random device identifier. Disabling essential storage can prevent parts of the service from working.
6. Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls, rate limits, one-way password hashing, expiring tokens and session revocation. No online service is completely secure, so use a unique password and contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
7. Access, correction, deletion and complaints
You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, close your account, or raise a privacy complaint by emailing noreply@pathfinder.ltd. We may need to verify your identity. We will respond within a reasonable period and explain any lawful reason we cannot complete a request.
Deletion may not remove records we must keep by law or reasonably need for fraud prevention, security or dispute resolution.
8. Children
Pathfinder is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. A parent or guardian who believes a child has created an account should contact us.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. We will change the effective date and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to noreply@pathfinder.ltd.
