Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to accept these terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, activity under your account and keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Do not share an account or access another person's account, projects or build data.

Pathfinder helps creators plan, generate, inspect and repair Roblox development work. Features may include AI conversation, project history, build delivery and a Roblox Studio connection. We may improve, replace or discontinue features and will provide appropriate notice where a material change affects a paid service.

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. You must inspect, test and back up changes before publishing a Roblox experience. You are responsible for your game, its content, safety, data handling and compliance with Roblox rules and applicable law. Pathfinder is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.

You must not use Pathfinder to create illegal, hateful, harassing or sexually exploitative content; malware, cheats or platform exploits; infringing material; or content that violates Roblox rules. You must not bypass security or usage limits, scrape or overload the service, reverse engineer protected parts of Pathfinder, resell access without permission, or interfere with another user.

Free access has the features, generation credits and limits displayed on the pricing page. Credits are a service usage allowance, have no cash value and are not transferable. Pathfinder does not currently sell paid plans.

Pathfinder does not currently offer checkout, collect payment details or sell paid subscriptions. Preview prices may change before paid plans become available. Updated purchase terms will be shown before any future payment is accepted.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Contact noreply@pathfinder.ltd if you have a concern about Pathfinder.

You retain ownership of content and Roblox projects you create. You give Pathfinder a limited permission to host, copy, transmit and process content only as needed to provide, secure and troubleshoot the service. You confirm you have the rights needed to submit that content. Do not submit secrets or sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for the requested work.

Pathfinder's software, name, logo, interface and original materials belong to Mintrium Developments or its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer Pathfinder's intellectual property or permit misleading use of its brand.

We may restrict or suspend access to protect users or the service, investigate suspected misuse, respond to legal requirements or enforce these terms. We will act reasonably and, where appropriate, provide a reason and a way to contact us. You may stop using Pathfinder and request account deletion at any time.

We work to keep Pathfinder available and secure, but do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every output will be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Pathfinder relies on providers for hosting, storage, authentication, AI processing, email and security. Their services may be governed by separate terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

We may update these terms to reflect product, business or legal changes. We will update the effective date and provide appropriate notice before material changes take effect. Questions and legal notices can be sent to noreply@pathfinder.ltd.
